Version 2.4 Beta Information

Version: 2.4 Beta 2

Release Date: September 3, 2024

Notes;

This a beta version of Forex Recovery Bot for testing purposes and feedback. We strongly suggest using this version on a demo account, as there maybe undiscovered bugs. The client accepts all risks of using the beta version.

Version 2.4 will require the following MetaTrader builds:

MetaTrader 4: Build 1421 and above required
MetaTrader 5: Build 4473 and above required

Changelog:

[Bug Fix] - Fixed a bug where the bot would display "recovery successfully" upon start up if the bot had ran previously on the account.
[Improvement] - We adjusted the "maximum lot" setting to improve the safety of recovery trades. The maximum lot setting can now be used to declare the largest lot volume that can be used for recovery grid trades. For example, if we set the maximum lot to 0.15 the bot will operate the recovery trades normally with increasing trade volume as more recovery trades are added to the grid. Once the bot reaches 0.15, it will stop increasing the trading lot volume for any new recovery trades that are opened. Each time a new recovery trade is opened it will be 0.15 until the current recovery grid is closed. This can be used to stop situations where the grid trade volume grows rapidly and puts stress on account margin.
