Forex Recovery Bot Technical Support Form

1) Problem description: Please describe the problem fully. Use as many details and information as possible. Screenshots are also helpful.
2) Error Message: Is there an error message that is displayed? If yes, what does not the message say?
3) .SET file: Create a .set file of the settings that you are using with the bot.
4) MT4 or MT5 Version: Are you using the MT4 or MT5 version of Forex Recovery Bot
5) MT4/MT5 platform version: What version / build of MT4 / MT5 is used
6) Journal / Experts tab logs: Please check the journal / experts tab logs for error messages

Guides To Complete Support Form:



Below are useful guides that some traders might need to complete the support request form.

How to create a .SET file:



Creating a .SET file will allow us to see the setting used by Forex Recovery Bot.

Step 1) Click the bot icon at the top right of the screen.




Step 2) Enter the inputs settings tab, and click "save"




Step 3) Enter a file name, and then click "save".




The .SET file is now saved inside of the MQL4 (or MQL5) folder > Presets. Please attach the file to your support message to us.


How to find Your MT4/MT5 platform version:



A guide showing how to find your MT4 or MT5 platform version can be found below:

Step 1) Inside of the platform, click the "help" tab, and then the "about" button.




Step 2) Inside of the new window, check the bottom left for the version and build number. Example: "Version 4.00 Build 1420".




Please provide this information in the support request form.

How to check Journal / Experts tab:



The journal and experts tab inside of the MT4/MT5 platforms are used to display messages and logs that can help with troubleshooting the problem.

Step 1) The journal and experts tab can be found on the bottom tab menu of the platform.




Step 2) Check both tabs to see if there are any error messages displayed.
