How To Contact Support

We are happy to assist you with questions and technical support requests regarding the bot.

Some things that we can help with:

Setting up the bot on your MT4/MT5 platform
Answering questions about the bot's usage
Receiving feedback about the bot, feature requests, and improvements
Troubleshooting problems with the bot (ie - bot does not start, error messages, etc)

Things that we can not help with:

Providing specific settings for your account.

It is unfortunately not possible for us to provide specific settings for each trader. Each recovery situation is different. Furthermore, each traders risk preference is also different. We provide full in depth information regarding the settings of the bot, which can be found by clicking here. It is best for the trader to review the settings to find which will work best for them, their situation, and their preference. Furthermore, we strongly suggest that all customers test the bot on a demo account first before using it on a live account.

Contacting Support Via Chat Widget

On the bottom right of our website you can find a chat widget which can be used to contact support.

When submitting your chat, please ensure that you enter your email address so that we can reach back out to you.

It is important to note that you may leave the chat after you have completed your submission. We will follow up with you shortly via email.

Contacting Support Via Form

You may also contact support by visiting the contact us page on our website by clicking here.

After filling out the form and clicking submit your message will be sent to us.

Support Reply Times

The support reply times vary depending on time of day, volume of incoming support requests, etc. We aim to reply to each support request within a few hours or less- 24/7/365.

To reduce the time it takes to reply to your support inquiry, we kindly request that you submit one inquiry at a time. Sending multiple messages will significantly slow down our ability to respond to your message quickly.
